We are an extended family business. We're not a big corporation. Our shareholders are doing homework, making dinner, or working a regular job to pay the bills. We're also fighting to pay medical bills, fill the fridge, and help a child with special medical needs. In other words, we're regular people. We're also into technology, including ham radio.

Our store reflects some of the parts of amateur radio where we saw a need.

Your use of hambadgers.com or thehambadge.com is at your own risk, though we are not charlatans out to rip people off. Every effort is made to make sure we have a quality and correct product and accurate information. Whenever possible, we will stand behind our products, or work within the guarantees offered by the original manufacturer.

Please know that we make every effort to produce your customized item as soon as possible. Most of the time, we'll get it fabricated and shipped within a couple days. Some products, such as customized vinyl decals, ARRL badges, and certain multi-color (more than two colors) badges can take at least a week to fabricate. Without going into too much detail, this is simply because it involves a lot more than "put it in the machine and wait for it to be done." Often, with these kinds of items, we are trying to meet our standards as well as someone else's.
